All Balls Racing - CVT Belts Warranty Claims
Thank you for purchasing a High Quality All Balls Racing CVT belt produced by Bando in Japan. We have partnered with Bando to ensure we are providing the very best CVT belt for your machine.
New belts need to be worn into the mating parts of the CVT transmission. This will ensure maximum belt life. While the belt is being worn into the mating parts, it is critical to follow the basic steps outlined below. It is also important to understand why the previous belt failed. If components are worn in the system, maximum belt life will not be achieved. Before installing a new belt, inspect CVT primary and secondary clutch for damage or wear and fix or replace necessary components. Thoroughly clean CVT belt sheaves with a Scotch-Brite™ pad and warm soapy water removing any rubber material, residue, or oil. Make sure all surfaces are dry before running the belt. Install the belt using installation tools designed for your machine, following the factory recommended procedure. The orientation of the belt is not important, but it is recommended that the All Balls Racing logo is readable after the belt is installed on the vehicle. This will ensure that if the belt is ever removed, it is reinstalled in the same orientation.
For the first 10 miles, use low range and avoid high loads and speeds while varying speeds continuously.
For the next 50 miles avoid full throttle and vary speeds continuously.
Use low range when necessary, during the entire lifetime of the belt to avoid hour glassing damage caused by slipping.
Inspect and service CVT system regularly to maximize belt life.
If belt housing becomes wet, stop and drain water immediately. Avoid high loads and speeds until the housing expels all water and dries out. Service the CVT system as soon as possible to avoid damage.
