ORDER PROCESSING

-Orders received Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM (EST) for merchandise in stock (This includes orders with expedited shipping) will ship the same day.

-Orders received after 12:00 PM (EST) for merchandise in stock (This includes orders with expedited shipping) will be shipped the next business day.

-All weekend orders are processed the next business day. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

-Orders with expedited shipping received Thursday and Friday by 12:00 PM (EST) for merchandise in stock, will not receive your order over the weekend as there are no weekend deliveries. You will most likely receive it Monday or Tuesday. No refunds will be given.

-We cannot accept requests to edit your orders placed online (Example: Adding kits, removing kits or changing the shipping method). You will need to cancel and re-order or place an additional order for the items you need.

-We cannot always guarantee cancellation requests.

-We cannot always guarantee requests to change the Shipping Address.

-Please email orders@allballsracing.com if you have any questions about your order placed. Include your order number and name in the email.

 

SHIPPING

-Orders are shipped out of our facility in East Greenville, PA 18041 at the end of each business day.

-Shipping Rates are displayed during the check-out process for the selected shipping method if order is placed online.

-Our company passes along any shipping discounts we receive to our customers.

-There are no handling fees added to the shipping cost.

-All orders shipping outside of the United States are subject to Duties and Taxes billed to them by their chosen shipping company.

-We ship via FedEx and USPS. We will continue to offer UPS Shipping to customers that have UPS 3rd Party. You must provide your 3rd Party Account information to utilize UPS. If you would like to use UPS, please call 1-515-402-8000 or 1-888-228-3323 to place your order with a Customer Service Representative and give them the UPS Account Number.

-We do not accept or welcome Customer walk-ins, even if you are local.

-Our shipping carriers FedEx and USPS pick up our packages at our facility daily. It is possible that your order may not make pickup on-time and may be picked up the next business day.

 

DELIVERY

-FedEx Ground shipments are typically delivered within 1 to 8 business days. Go to https://www.fedex.com/grd/maps and enter zip code 18041 to see the actual shipping time to your area.

-FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes, please select USPS as the carrier if delivering to a PO Box.

-Please consider possible transit delays due to inclement weather around the world during certain Seasons.

-USPS (Domestic) shipments are typically delivered within 1 to 6 business days.

-USPS (International) shipments are typically delivered within 3 to 11 business days.

 

BACKORDERS

-Backordered items are indicated online at the time of ordering.

-If there is an unexpected backorder, or any other problem with your order, we will notify you via e-mail within the next business day.

-If the kit you ordered is unexpectedly on backorder, you do have the option of leaving the order open and ship once available or you may cancel the order and re-order in the future.

 

RETURNS

-Items purchased directly from All Balls Inc. may be returned in "good" condition within 30 days for full credit. If returned after 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

-We do not accept returns or do exchanges with items purchased from 3rd party vendors. If purchased through 3rd party vendors, please contact them directly.

-Shipping costs from original order will not be refunded.

-Returned orders must contain a RMA #. Please email orders@allballsracing.com to file a return claim and receive a RMA #. Please include your order or invoice number, kit number and quantities being returned as well as the reason for returning. We may ask you to provide pictures if needed.

-Returns without a RMA # will not be processed.

-Refunds may take up to two weeks to receive once the RMA has been returned.

-All Warranty Requests should be emailed to our Technical Support Team - tech@arrowheadep.com. You may be required to fill out paperwork during the Warranty process. Please include pictures, order or invoice number, kit number and quantities.

 

PAYMENT (ONLINE ORDERS)

-We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. Credit card purchases are verified for your protection.

-We do not accept Wire / Bank Transfer as payment.

-If purchasing our kits in USD, please expect possible change in pricing to match your home currency rate.

-All orders shipping outside of the United States are subject to Duties and Taxes billed to them by their chosen shipping company.

 

ORDER HISTORY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

-Order History and Account Information are available to anyone who registers and creates a Login and Password.

-Tracking Numbers for all shipments are updated and emailed nightly.

-In order to receive Dealer Pricing, please select Apply To Become a Dealer on our homepage. Once you send your request, a teammate will contact you for further questioning and / or confirming with you if your request is accepted or denied.

 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We are committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We contract with 3rd party companies to provide secure, encrypted credit card processing and shipping services. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services. These companies are prohibited from using any information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than All Balls.
